We're growing-and looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to sell in the competitive, fast-paced world of promotional products, with a strong focus on drinkware. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies specifically targeted to the promotional drinkware market.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with distributors, agencies, and end users in the promotional product space.

• Build strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Lead and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Stay on top of drinkware trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
• Represent HOWW at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events with confidence and product expertise.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and production to ensure alignment on product launches, sales initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage CRM systems and maintain detailed, accurate sales records.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in promotional products or manufacturing.
• Proven success in driving sales in the drinkware category or the promotional goods space.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, distributor networks, and marketing support tools in the promotional space.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for promotional products and a keen eye for what sells.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the promotional products industry.
• Existing network within the promotional product industry is a plus.
• Experience working with ASI, PPAI, or SAGE distributors is highly desirable.
